What is a Content Management Tool

Certainly There are many CMS systems available today; Plone, Zope, Mambo and Joomla to name a few... the Portal systems grandfathered by PHPNuke; PostNuke, Xaraya. All are fine systems. Though Any program is still a program a is limited by what you program it to do. Even with the modules that these systems support, None have the supported and documented Extensibility of Typo3.
